All-Clad Cookware Lifetime Warranty
All-Clad guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions
Should your product or accessory develop any defect during the Warranty Period, it should be returned, at your cost, to the retailer from which it was purchased. The retailer will then forward your warranty claim directly to us. Alternatively, you may contact:

If your warranty claim is accepted, All-Clad will, at its cost, replace or repair the product in its discretion. If the warranty claim is not accepted, All-Clad will inform you and if requested to do so by you, repair the product provided you pay the usual charges for such repair. You will be responsible for all costs associated with collection of the appliance from Tefal if the warranty claim is not accepted.
This warranty only applies where a defect arises, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty material during the Warranty Period.
This warranty does not cover:
• defects caused by:
• the product not being used in accordance with its operating instructions;
• accidental damage (including overheating);
• stains, discolouration or scratches on the inside or outside of the product due to normal wear and tear;
• consumable items;
• any consequential loss or damage.
All-Clad reserves the right not to replace any packaging, instructions, or recipe books unless faulty.
This is a liftetime warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, All-Clad excludes liability to you in respect of the product (including liability for negligence and liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage such as loss of enjoyment). If an implied warranty or condition that cannot be excluded is breached, All-Clad limits its liability, at its option, to repairing the product, replacing the appliance or paying for the cost of replacing the product or of acquiring an equivalent product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement or refund for major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have your goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In order to make a claim under this warranty you must have the original proof of purchase documentation for the Product and present it when requested.
